Livability is a national disability and community engagement charity, working to tackle barriers in people’s lives and communities. Having worked with them on a number of occasions before, they recently came back to us and asked if we could create an end of year review video for them. This video was created to play to stakeholders and at events in order to show people what Livability do.
We were given the task of creating five short films that explored the subjects of community, and what stops people from being able to be a part of one. The films aimed to show people how they can engage with Livability in order to connect people to communities.
We were involved in early concepts of style, and worked closely with Livability to ensure that we were creating something that could serve their purpose in the best way possible. We were eager to make the films tell a story and connect with people on an emotional level. We felt that this was the best way to engage the films’ audiences.
In our previous work with Livability we had created a lot of statistic based videos, and we wanted these ones to stand out so we made sure that the finished products showcased a beautiful photographic style; connecting people with real life stories.
